A: Too early is: right after sex, if she's trying to break up with you, if you were caught cheating or lying, if you want to barrow money. Besides all those things you should wait some time to really know who she is. That also gives you a chance to really know if you do love her for her. I'd say wait at least six months to say the "L" word or you may risk sounding insincere.
